Q: What do I get when I join All Sorts?

A: All Sorts Fitness is a one of a kind training experience!  Members have access to our 24-hour supervised gym and admittance to over 80 group fitness classes per week including our boot camp and functional fitness circuits. Enjoy our child-minding facilities, on-site parking and much more!

Q: Can I use the gym in Wyong if I am a member of the Sydney gym?

A: Yes! We can link your membership so that you get access to both the Sydney Gym and our Central Coast location.  We can easily organise this at Rosebery reception when you first come into the gym.

Q: Do you have facilities for children?

A: Yes! We have child-minding facilities available Monday-Saturday. Please enquire on availability!

Q: How old do I have to be to become a member?

A: In accordance with the Fitness Australia guidelines, young members can join the gym once they are 14 years, 9 months old and must be accompanied by an adult whilst they are training at the gym.  Members 18 years and over are free to join and train by themselves.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: Our memberships are very competitively priced, however we do offer special pricing for family memberships, corporate affiliates and student/ teacher pricing.  Please contact a membership advisor for further information and keep an eye out for special promotional offers!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: All Sorts has different membership options, but for all direct debit memberships that have no minimum term, 30-days written notice is required to cancel.

After the 30 days notice is provided, you may be required to pay the pro-rata balance of remaining days to complete your final billing month. Note: You will still be able to use our facilities for this remaining time.

Q: What are your opening hours?

A – Rosebery: We are open 24 hours a day and staffed between 6AM-8PM, 7 days a week.
A – Wyong: We are open and staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: How long can I put my membership on hold for?

A: Each member is entitled to a 30-day complimentary hold period (available on direct debit memberships), however, a longer hold period can be arranged at the discretion of management for a small additional hold fee.  Unfortunately we cannot place a hold on upfront memberships.

Q: Do you have personal training available?

A: Yes!  We have a team of personal trainers who provide fantastic goal-specific training sessions to our members.  We offer a comprehensive 5-step member care program that is complimentary with membership.  This includes fitness testing, goal setting and the creation of an exercise program to help you achieve your goals.  We then deliver the program in two 30 minute personal training sessions and check back in a couple of weeks to make sure you are enjoying your training and making the most of our facilities.  After six weeks on your new training regime, we can re-test your fitness and consult with you to create a new program to take your training to the next level.

Q: Can I bring a guest?

A: A guest pass can be arranged by contacting one of our member advisors.

Q: Can I try the gym before signing up?

A: Please make an appointment with a member advisor to arrange a tour of the gym and experience what we have to offer. A variety of trial passes are available.

Q: What is the joining fee for All Sorts?

A: There are NO JOINING FEE’S at All Sorts!

Q: Do I get a membership card when I join and is there a fee if I lose it?

A: All Sorts Fitness members with a full membership receive a touch-free ID key tag for self-admission to our facilities. If you lose your key tag, a $30 replacement fee applies.

Q: Do you have any corporate training packages?

A: All Sorts can cater for the corporate client with specialty classes that can be arranged with our Group Fitness Manager.  You can choose from the variety of classes on our timetable or we can devise a class specifically for your needs.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A1: Month to Month memberships;
These can be cancelled on 1 months notice. For clarity this means that there will always be 1 month to pay after cancelling your membership.

A2: Memberships Paid Up Front for 3 month, 6 month and 12 month periods; These memberships are priced lower than month to month to reflect that you are making a fixed term commitment to your fitness and you assume the risk through ill health, holidays, relocations that you can continue to use the membership. Please note: Paid up-front accounts are non-refundable.

A3: Prepaid Personal Training
When committing to a block of Personal training, that trainers time belongs to you for that time period each week. We do not refund unused sessions but will reschedule if given a medical reason or other reason 24 hours before.

Q: Can I use All Sorts Gym Sydney as a member of All Sorts Gym Wyong?

A: Yes all our members get full access to the Sydney Centre.

Q: Do you listen to your members?

A: We sure do! We have set-up a suggestions box on the gym floor for our members to write down anonymously what they would like to see at All Sorts. Also, our friendly gym staff are more than happy to hear what our members have to say.

Q: Does All Sorts Wyong get involved with the local community?

A: Of course! Here at All Sorts we do our best to help out the community with fundraisers, events, charities and more.
