Scott
Scott has been a trainer at All Sorts for over 7 years in which time has helped countless members improve in strength and fitness through his HIIT style classes and individualised personal training sessions. He has been an active member of the Randwick Rugby Union Football Club for more than 18 years, and is currently an INBA (International Bodybuilding Association) physique athlete. Scott has always strived to improve himself mentally and physically as well as assisting others to improve their own health and well-being.
