Group Fitness
At All Sorts we are passionate about Group Fitness and the power of many. Exercise can and should be fun and our group fitness classes are the most powerful way to get the motivation, inspiration and results you are looking for. We have classes to suit all sorts, from spin to yoga, barre to pump, functional training, and much more!
Classes are more than just loud music and fast movements, they make getting fit all the more fun! You will gain strength from exercising with others, and you will motivate each other to push yourselves just a little more. Every class is taught to your favourite hit music with inspiring Instructors delivering the ultimate exercise experience.
With spaces to accommodate group fitness including a dedicated spin room and a Yoga, Pilates & Barre studio we really have it all! Our group fitness classes suit all levels – no matter how out of shape you think you are – and you should never be bored with the variety of exercise choices offered on our timetable. With over 100 classes per week to choose from, you are well on the way to achieving your goals. From weight lifting to cycling to dance, our Instructors will challenge and improve you.
