Christian had battled with his weight for many years and understands what it is to lack motivation. After losing 17kgs in 6 months, Christian’s fitness journey inspired him to want to help others make a positive change in their lives – both physically and mentally. Since becoming a trainer 3 years ago he has helped clients reach similar goals.

He believes that if you are mentally strong the rest will follow. His training techniques focus on TRX training, body weight and resistance training.
