Jenny started her fitness career in 2012 when she decided to leave the corporate life to pursue her passion for health and fitness. Starting as a group fitness instructor and then moving into personal training.

Jenny specialises in pre and post injury rehabilitation, weight loss, strength and conditioning, and high intensity interval training. Her goal is to make each of her clients fitness journey a positive experience and to see her clients achieve things they once thought were physically impossible.  Heath and Fitness is about making consistent lifestyle changes that promote long term results.

If she’s not training you in full body free-weights workouts on the gym floor, you’ll find her in the main studio teaching Body Pump or GRIT.
