Following a work related accident which lead to three operations and eight years of hard injury rehab, Nicholas decided to put his experiences and passion into becoming a personal trainer.

As a part of his rehab Nick spent time studying the human body and became knowledgeable in strength, conditioning, injury rehabilitation, strapping protection and prevention of injuries.

From 2008 to date, Nicholas has been part of the NRL football code (South Sydney Rabbitohs) training staff, where he has gained invaluable experience in all aspects of team preparation (pre-season, in season and game day).

His experiences in life have proved to be a great, and sometimes tough, learning curve and he now recognizes the importance and value of fitness in his life and how it helped him through his recovery. He also shows a great understanding of the mental strength needed to overcome physical obstacles and has provenĀ himself a big help to others with similar needs.
